Tom Rigg, CEO of Caesars Entertainment, recently revealed intriguing details about the company’s ambitious plans to build a casino in Times Square. In an exclusive interview with News 12, previously undisclosed information was made public, shedding light on the scale and features of the project.
Rigg said that if the necessary licenses are obtained, the upcoming casino will become Caesars’ largest institution. Located in a towering 52-story skyscraper, the proposed Caesars Palace Times Square will include approximately 23,000 square feet of gaming space on the upper floors, complemented by 950 hotel rooms.
Rigg assured that traffic consultants have developed plans to reduce congestion in Times Square, exceeding the current situation. He expressed confidence that the opponents, having familiarized themselves with the comprehensive plans and his experience, will change their position.
Speaking about the collaboration with the famous artist and entrepreneur Jay Z, Rigg emphasized the perfect synergy between the celebrity and the New York project. He hinted at the inclusion of “incredible betting points” in Times Square at Caesars Palace. It is expected that this, combined with the partnership with Jay Z, will provide visitors with an unprecedented and extraordinary experience.
